The time came to install the new glass. Our friends at Martin Glass came by to install the windshield and rear glass. They have a couple technicians that understand old cars and respect the fresh paint, so we have the same guys visit every time. It works out well.
Fresh glass makes a world of difference on a restored car!
Note the Eastwood sound deadener on the rear shelf.

Ford did it so much better than GM throughout the 60's and early 70's. GM wanted a "flush fit" look, but in using channels and ribbon adhesive to secure the glass they created channels that just catch and hold water.
Shame Ford didn't think that far ahead when they designed the cowl on first gen mustangs. LOL

Dash wiring and sound deadening begins…
Back in the paint booth, more interior parts were painted and installed.
